the carlyle apartments
Project’s goal:
Using soft design approach to change space’s visual impact, supporting a change in branding position and selling strategy.
Role:
Implemented conceptual narrative and imagery into schematic design of the interior spaces respecting the budget, lead-time and existing grandfather conditions. Furniture research, selection and prototype review. Issued a complete set of specifications for further procurement.
dowling’s at the carlyle
Project’s goal:
To improve customer’s experience and service circulation. To layer new design with minimum adjustment to existing architecture, retaining key features that represent hotel’s heritage.
Role:
Produced millwork drawings in coordination with equipment and restaurant’s operation requirements. Created sets of documents for custom pieces of furniture that included construction drawings and diagrams of their upholstering. Shop drawings’ review, periodical visits to manufacturing plants, installation supervision.
andaz shenzhen bay
Areas of involvement:
Suites of 2.600 and 1.500 sq.ft, GF bar, tea lounge and powder room.
Role:
Produced 2D renderings for schematic design presentation and construction documents, shop drawings’ review. Developed art program in collaboration with the awarded artist. Phase IV completed remotely.
